When I'm on my way home, i saw a doggy lay down on the middle of road and when i go nearer... i saw the blood... i guess he is just hitting by a car not long ago... feel so sorry when I'm just passing by the dead body and can do nothing. Any suggestion that tell me what can i do when i meet this kind of thing again? (case: I'm driving and I'm alone)... Thanks : )
